In 2025, Habitat Builders is taking over the Community Garden at Marvin Efird Park! The Rule and Guidelines are the same.

The Marvin Community Garden includes 24 raised garden beds that measure 9’ x 3’ x 11”. The garden enclosure is approximately 500 square feet. The Marvin Community Garden offers social interactions, a sense of community, nutritious food, recreational and educational opportunities.

Garden plots are available for rent on an annual basis. Plot renewal occurs in January and February of each year. There is a limit of one (1) plot per household. A second plot may be rented after the registration period is over.
